Program description
We send transactional text messages about a specific order or delivery: confirming recipient availability, delivery windows and changes, courier progress, delivery completion, delivery acknowledgment requests and delivery exceptions. This is not a marketing program and we do not send promotional texts through it.
How to join
Participation is optional. You can opt in on our delivery text sign-up page by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box (it is never pre-checked), or by telling a store team member you agree after they read you the same disclosure. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing a phone number with an order does not by itself opt you in.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on order and delivery activity. Most deliveries generate a small number of messages from confirmation through completion.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us directly at (704) 658-0006 or ediblearrangements261@gmail.com.
Transactional messaging vs. marketing
This program is strictly transactional and delivery-related. Consent given here is not consent to marketing or promotional messages; any marketing program would require a separate, clearly labelled opt-in.
Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed; if we cannot reach you by text we may attempt a phone call.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data and messaging consent information are not shared, sold, rented or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
