Information we collect

• Sender and recipient names.
• Delivery addresses and delivery instructions.
• Mobile and landline phone numbers supplied with an order.
• Email addresses when supplied with an order.
• Order details, delivery dates and delivery windows.
• Text messages exchanged about a delivery, their timestamps and their carrier delivery status.
• Text message consent records, including the date and time of the opt-in, the wording shown at the time, and how the consent was collected.

This information reaches us from the sender directly, from the Edible Arrangements ordering platform, or from a marketplace ordering platform used to place the order.

How we use it

We use contact information solely to fulfil and confirm a specific delivery: confirming that a recipient is available, notifying about delivery windows and changes, reporting courier progress, confirming completion, requesting delivery acknowledgment, and resolving delivery exceptions. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS messaging

Mobile phone numbers may be used to send transactional delivery-related text messages about a specific order — confirmation, scheduling, delivery-status updates and delivery acknowledgment. Message frequency varies by order and delivery activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data and messaging consent information are not shared, sold, rented or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in or consent information is shared with any third party for marketing, and no such information is included in any list sharing, lead generation or affiliate arrangement.

We use a messaging service provider and mobile carriers strictly to transmit the delivery messages you have agreed to receive. Where this policy allows information to be shared with service providers who help us operate the delivery service, that permission does not extend to mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information being used or disclosed for the marketing or promotional purposes of any third party or affiliate.

Transactional consent is separate from marketing

Consent to receive transactional delivery text messages is collected and stored separately from any marketing or promotional consent. Agreeing to delivery texts does not enroll anyone in marketing or promotional messages, and it is never treated as permission to send them. Marketing messages, if ever offered, would require a separate, clearly labelled opt-in. Providing a phone number when placing an order does not by itself opt anyone in to text messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Opt-out requests are recorded immediately and block all further messages to that number. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (704) 658-0006 or ediblearrangements261@gmail.com. You may also ask us to remove your contact information from our records.

Retention and security

Delivery records, message records and consent records are retained as part of our operational and compliance history, including evidence of when and how consent or an opt-out was recorded. Access is restricted to authorised store staff, protected by individual accounts and role-based permissions.
